If an order contains an in stock pop and a pre order pop when will the order ship?

Your order will ship out all together when all the pops have arrived, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.

If your order can’t be fulfilled, what happens?

If your order can not be fulfilled you will be issued a full refund, and an email will be sent to you informing why your order cannot be completed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order but only within the first 24 hours of placing the order, where you will incur a 15% restocking fee.

If 24 hours has passed since placing the order it cannot be cancelled.

How long does it take for a pop on pre order to ship?

Pre-ordered pops are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Usually, most dates for releases are unknown but generally pre orders ship 1-2 weeks after the product has been released in the US.

Do we ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we can ship outside of Canada. If you would like to place an order and do not reside in Canada please send an email to
